It all started with a Qualified Professional Fine Dining Executive Chef using healthy, nutritional, Caribbean home-style Gourmet fusion culinary techniques developed based upon the rich traditional, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural West Indian native & immigrant diaspora's cuisine.

Having graduated from Hotel School back in the early eighties, now with over 30 years experience managing well established commercial catering kitchens & culinary teams both state-owned, as well as, privately owned restaurants, cafeterias/canteens and eateries in Trinidad & Tobago and also other islands in the Caribbean.

Subsequently, owning and operating private businesses that provide full service corporate, private & public events catering, cocktail parties, luncheons, banquets, business conferencing refreshment breaks, sports & family day events, employee appreciation, retirement & award ceremonies, Carnival all-inclusive functions, Birthdays, Weddings & Christmas parties, Nutritional Feeding Programme contracts, (private & public).

With a fully equipped commercial kitchen comprising modern heavy duty high volume capacity cooking appliances, utensils, apparatus & preparation machines, centrally, conveniently & strategically located in East Trinidad with superb logistics for quick distribution especially to East/West Corridor locations and also beyond.

An equally qualified and experienced executive management team is fully supported by a group of committed, experienced cooks, seasoned kitchen support personnel, and professionally trained service staff, all fully trained in food preparation, proper hygiene, cleanliness & sanitation.
