The Centre Of Excellence offers to the public the use of our swimming pool facility. Our Swimming Complex is managed by Crescendo Concept and incorporates the Sea Hawks training programme.  The complex has two outdoor pools, a 25-metre pool, and a 12-metre pool. The longer of the two holds eight (8) swimming lanes, and is suitable for competitive swimming. The smaller pool is safe for toddlers and small children, and people with physical disabilities, as the depth is only two and a half feet (2.5 ft).

Swimmers have access to separate male-female changing-room facilities complete with showers, toilets, lockers and sitting areas. The facility also has its own covered pavilion and cafeteria. Swimming classes are offered here for all levels of ability. Children and adults who cannot swim may sign up for our Novice Class. Private lessons are also offered. Upon completion of the programme, successful candidates receive a Certificate. In addition to our learn-to-swim classes, we offer a flight-attendant swimming certification programme, lifesaving, lap swims, pre-competitive (advanced) swim training, and aqua aerobics.
